Your use of the services provided by The Marketplace in any form signifies your complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which remain effective while you use The Marketplace.

The Terms and Conditions include provisions in this document as well as those in the Privacy Policy.

PLEASE NOTE: Your use of and access to our services are subject to the following terms; if you do not agree with all of these, you may not use or access The Marketplace in any manner.

In these Terms, “you” refers to any user, whether as a Seller, Buyer, other registered user, or unregistered user. Specific terms apply only to the corresponding category of user.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Rapid reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions to enhance or modify The Marketplace, comply with new laws, or for other substantial reasons. Should these Terms change, all registered users will be informed via email and through updates on The Marketplace.

We reserve the right to remove any content from The Marketplace at our discretion and without notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, content violations of these Terms.

Except as otherwise noted, no other amendment or modification of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and us.

WHAT IS RAPID Rapid is an online marketplace facilitating the connection between vehicle sellers and buyers, encompassing both individual owners and businesses, through:

• Public Listings – For individual units of vehicles suitable for direct consumer purchase. Accessible to all users.
• Members Only Listings – Exclusive to commercial vehicles, bulk deals, and export-only transactions. Access is limited to professional dealers and traders.

Rapid ensures full transparency with no hidden fees, with all charges clearly disclosed to all users.

RAPID TERMINOLOGY

• Auction Listing: Represents an actual vehicle listed by a registered seller aiming to solicit bids from buyers.
• Seller: Either an individual or business registered to list vehicles.
• Buyer: A registered user who places bids on listed vehicles.
• Highest Bid: The largest offer received by the conclusion of an auction.
• Seller Dashboard/Buyer Dashboard: Features for tracking auction and bidding activities.

HOW TO USE RAPID Access to public content is free. Registering and bidding require completing our registration form.

BIDDING AND TRANSACTION COMPLETION Only registered users can bid. Post-auction, sellers must accept or reject the highest bid within 24 hours; otherwise, it’s automatically rejected. Transaction details are exchanged upon bid acceptance.

CODE OF CONDUCT Buyers are responsible for assessing the suitability of vehicles. Rapid connects users but does not guarantee vehicle quality or the accuracy of user information.

REGISTRATION You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for your account’s security. Misuse or law violations can lead to account termination.

PRIVACY We take user privacy seriously. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

RESTRICTIONS OF USE Users must not engage in activities that infringe on rights, violate laws, or disrupt The Marketplace’s operations.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

• Listing Fees: Charges must be paid prior to listing and are non-refundable.
• Success Fees: A fee based on the winning bid amount, with minimum and maximum limits.

TERMINATION AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER Accounts may be terminated for terms violations. Services and content are provided “AS-IS” without warranties of any kind.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY Liabilities are limited as stated in the Terms. Users agree to indemnify Rapid against all claims related to their use of The Marketplace.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in New York, USA, under specific conditions.

MISCELLANEOUS These Terms are governed by New York State law. Rights under these Terms cannot be transferred without consent.
