Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Agreement is made between:

• You, your, and Yours, irrespective of capitalization, refer to you, the Registered Member or Buyer.

• Rapid Car Buyers, a company registered in New York, USA, under license number 123456, which operates the website rapidcarbuyers.com. Hereinafter collectively referred to as Rapid.

• We, Our, Ours, and Us, irrespective of capitalization, refer to Rapid Car Buyers.

The registered member or Buyer and Rapid Car Buyers shall collectively be known herein as “the parties”.

Background: Rapid connects Sellers, offering cars for sale, with potential Buyers. The platform serves as a venue only; the actual contract for sale of each car listed on the platform is directly between the Seller and the Buyer.

This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Rapid. Your use of the Platform in any manner signifies that you agree to all of these Terms, which remain effective while you use the Platform. These Terms encompass the provisions in this document as well as those in the Privacy Policy.

Rapid operates an electronic trading vehicle auction platform through the rapidcarbuyers.com website and its associated mobile application (the “App”), collectively referred to as the “Rapid Platform”, available for Registered Members to connect with Sellers for purchasing automotive vehicles (“Vehicles”).

Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy: Rapid provides its services to you subject to the following terms and conditions and privacy policy, hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”.

By using Rapid, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in the T&Cs. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions at any time, you will discontinue your use of Rapid.

Rapid reserves the right to update or revise the T&Cs at its discretion and without notice. You are responsible for checking the T&Cs periodically for changes. You can review the most current version of the T&Cs at any time on our website and App.

Continued use of Rapid following the posting of any changes to the T&Cs constitutes acceptance of those changes. Additionally, when using specific Rapid services, you and Rapid are subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Despite our efforts to provide accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before purchasing a vehicle on Rapid, confirm any information (including price) critical to your decision.

Rapid is not responsible for hidden defects and makes no warranties, either express or implied, concerning the vehicles posted for sale or the services provided through the site.

Membership & Registration Obligations: To use Rapid’s services, registration is required. You promise to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. You may not use another person’s name or information with the intent to impersonate that person. Transfer of your account without our written permission is not allowed.
